How are the cookies packaged to stay fresh?
Each cookie is individually heat-sealed immediately after cooling to lock in peak moisture and aroma. They are securely packed in our signature gift box to arrive intact and bakery-fresh.
How long do Nibsy cookies last?
Our cookies stay fresh at room temperature in their sealed packaging for up to 7–10 days upon arrival. If you'd like to enjoy them later, freeze them in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
What is the best way to serve them?
Nibsy cookies are designed to be enjoyed warm! Remove the wrapper and pop the cookie in the microwave for 8–10 seconds for a warm, molten, fresh-out-of-the-oven experience.
Do you offer local pickup or local delivery?
Yes, local pickup and delivery options are available for select local orders. Please review options at checkout or reach out via our contact page for special arrangements.
Can I send a cookie box as a gift?
Absolutely! Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address during checkout. You can also add a custom note in the cart instructions, and we’ll include it in the box without pricing details.
